Some days I’m sick of watching people cosplay wisdom. Everybody loud, nobody disciplined. Everybody “chosen,” nobody consistent.
Folks want the fruit, but flinch at the farming. They quote ancestors but won’t honor time. They scream “truth” but panic when mirrors show up.
I’m tired of half-awake opinions wrapped in confidence. Tired of people mistaking vibes for vision. Tired of shortcuts being sold as enlightenment.
Step into Toxic Ventilation,
Where your voice matters and your feelings are valid. This group is dedicated to those who need a break from pretending everything is fine. Who need a comfort space, to release any/all negative energy theyve been holding in. Thats been holding them back. No worries. Theres no judges here.
Share your experiences (no matter how toxic), listen to others, and discover the power of collective healing. FYI if you feel secure enough to share be aware that others are viewing and may have opinions.
By the way, its encouraged that "you all" let it spillout here, even if youre typing in tears. Understanding the underlying conditioning of pain & trauma. Release it here and leave it here!
This is digital alchemy.
Together, we transform toxic energy into positive change.
Sometimes you gotta open a window in your soul and let that stale, heavy air OUT. Not everything we carry is ours. Not everything we breathe in is meant to stay.
This space right here? This is where we exhale the poison so we can inhale ourselves again.
No judgment. No masks. No pretending you “good” when you really suffocatin’.
💯💪🏾😉
