Top of the sun

Some greetings wake the body.
This one awakens the soul.
“Top of the Morning” been around forever—
a casual nod between folks just startin’ their day.
But recently, the Most High whispered a new phrase into my ear:
Top of the Sun.
And the moment it hit me, something inside clicked.
It wasn’t just a greeting…
it was a frequency shift.
Because the morning is just a moment in time.
But the sun?
That’s the source every living thing rises from.
Top of the Sun means:
Rise from your highest self.
•Let your energy come from the crown, not the clock.
•Move like your spirit already touched the light before your feet hit the floor.
•It’s acknowledging that the Most High didn’t put all that fire inside you for you to wake up small.
When we say “Top of the Sun,” we’re calling each other to:
•Shine from our soul,
•Radiate from our melanin,
•Lead from the divine spark we carry,
•And operate at the peak of our light.
It’s a Wampauw-style greeting—
ancestral, cosmic, rebellious, and refined.
We not just waking up anymore.
We rising.
So from me to you, beloved…
Top of the Sun.
Rise crowned.
Rise conscious.
Rise luminous.
