The Get Back Ensemble
Today ain’t about turkey myths or colonial costumes.
Today is for the ones who been through the fire,
walked out smelling like freedom,
and still said, “I ain’t done yet.”
This is for the people who know gratitude ain’t passive —
it’s resistance wearing a warm coat.
It’s remembering who we were before the interruption,
and who we refuse to stop becoming.
We give thanks for:
✨ The Get Back Ensemble— that quiet storm inside us that says,
“I will return to myself, fully.”
✨ The Ensemble — our tribe, our circle,
the ones who clap when we rise and pull us up when we slip.
✨ Our Ancestors — the architects of our endurance,
the original truth rebels who planted courage in our bloodline.
✨ The Work — rebuilding our spirit,
relearning our medicine,
reclaiming our rhythm in a world that tried to mute us.
And today…
we feast on memory, not mythology.
We celebrate survival, not stories sold in textbooks.
We honor each other —
the way our hearts gather like a drum circle around the fire of what’s real.
So from our table to.
May your plate be full,
your spirit be loud,
and your Get Back be Ensembled.
🖤✨🔥
